Queen Louise’s Bridge
Queen Louise’s Bridge connects inner Copenhagen and Nørrebro and is the world’s busiest bicycle street.
Queen Louise’s Bridges was built in 1887. It was designed by Vilhelm Dahlerup.
The bridge has also become a very popular hangout spot for the locals.
The bridge is named after Queen Louise, King Christian IX’s wife
Queen Louise was one of the most influential women in 19th century Europe, often remembered as “the Mother-in-law of Europe.”
