Bernikow Gården

Bernikow Gården in the center of Copenhagen, close to Pistolstrædet and Strøget, is a very special place.

The street is named after the nobleman and diplomat Kristen Bernikow, who died in 1612, and who, according to history, fought alongside King Christian IV.

Bernikowgården is a covered shopping arcade. A small shopping arcade right by Strøget, on the stretch between Kristen Bernikows Gade and Ny Østergade, with a number of exciting shops, including the open-faced sandwich concept Rørt.
