Memorial for drug users at Vesterbro

At Halmtorvet, next to Eskildsgade, you can find at Memorial for drug user who have died at Vesterbro.

Many of the deceased drug addicts are buried in silence and placed in the grave of the unknown.
So there was a need for a place to go with one’s grief.

The stone was erected in collaboration with the Municipality of Copenhagen. The memorial was erected in 2003.
